Remember the Monkey Wards catalog?

I remember Montgomery Ward issuing first credit card ($500.00) in 1978

I remember A&W Rootbeer restaurants but today there are only a few left in the US.
The Good Guys Electronics Retailer
Circuit City Electronics Retailer
Tower Records
Woolworths

I remember buying candy at the Five and Dime Stores or The 5 and 10.

Those video vans. They used to rent us videos for a week at a time.

The pop man who used to deliver pop on a Saturday morning. I used to love the American cream soda flavour. We then got money back for our bottles.

The milk man. I loved to see the milk top pecked off by the birds. The cream was missing and little peck marks adorned the lids haha

The rag and bone man…

Boy was it good riding on the back of his horse and cart back in the day. My dad used to give him our old clothes and he would let us ride on the waggon around the streets for free.

Aah, the good ol’ days…
