Poem#14 Beginning Of Wisdom

Poem#14 Beginning Of Wisdom

Job 28, James 1, John 9:39-41, Mark 8:24

Seek God for peace that surpasses all understanding
Nothing under the sun can compare to the Son of God
Jesus is the Way, Truth & the Life only way to the Father

Since before their was Light & the Spirit was hovering Earth
God has always been ominipresent & always will be all knowing
Wisdom comes from the Lord & fear of the Lord is Wisdom

When we rethink the throne of pride in repentance to His Way
Whether rock bottom or humbly meeting the Lord at our Knees
Giving our full Trust in surrender to the Love He’s giving in Jesus

We can’t serve two masters, we’re serving the World or Jesus
Prince of Darkness or King of Kings kingdom of Light of no end
Bad fruit cannot produce good fruit from the same tree

Love God by loving your neighbor through the Truth of God
Belief in the sight unseen of being born again walking in Faith
Letting Jesus heal our blindness from Sin to see men like trees

When we’re led by the Holy Spirit to the place God wants to reveal
When we ask for Wisdom with no doubt, no double minded thoughts
Wisdom will be given with peace that surpasses understanding

Fear of the Lord is Wisdom & the Lord is our Shepherd so Listen
Loving the Lord with all our Heart for who God is & God is Love
God Loved us first & Loves when we’re Still to Know Him as God

Good morning, Walker;

One of the questions I get from Christians is, "I don't know what to pray to God."

When we delve into the Word daily, Biblical text book, song or poetry guarantees those intimate thoughts, questions and confessions will come to heart enabling us to open up to God.

The flip side to that is listening. As I read Poem#14 Beginning Of Wisdom I listen as I'm reading. It's takes discipline but it's a good habit to get into. It works.

God bless you, Kyle, and Happy Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving to you as well Bob and to your family. Every night and I try listening to the Bible on You Version long as internet doesn’t get slower and the app works the one year esv bible reading devotion which does 4 to 5 chapters from various books of the Bible every day while doing a puzzle while relaxing I’m listening to the Holy Spirit read to me, I also do my best during the day to read a chapter out loud currently in Psalms when not noisy around me.
My mind doesn’t handle noise very well think Lyme disease related with good hearing noises seem to filter into my head making it difficult to think let alone talk without stuttering.
When everyone is in bed, house quiet getting near midnight like tonight it’s when I listen best, during this poem was listening to Job when the question “ Where does Wisdom Come From?” In Job the Holy Spirit showed me Beginning Of Wisdom. Looking forward to writing about the last chapters in Job.

Listening does work wonders when we’re Still.

Kyle
