Consider: God is greater than the laws he created.
God is omniscient and omnipotent.
In order to be angry one must experience feedback contrary to ones expectation and or desire. God knows and controls all things.
In order to be happy circumstances must unfold according to our desire. God knows and controls all things - before they happen.
In order to love, humanly, circumstances must be such that we feel it is/has a part of us, manifested in personal growth.
God is complete - nothing can be added or taken away. Therefore God's love is expressed in being lined up with His Word.
God's love is not governed by variables/circumstances.
IMO
Can then God be angry, happy, diappointed???
Only in the context of the laws used to operate this finite condition.
Once moved into eternity it will be a complete condition, there will be nothing lacking therefore no void to fill with sentimental expression.
I would be pleased to read someone else's opinions.
God bless.
