Being spied on and persecuted by the XXXXXXXXXXXX

Hello. I believe I might be a victim of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX illegal spying ever since 2006 and the subsequent severe and extreme persecution ever since. However, I do not have any proof, as this spying was initially done electronically, and I am not good with computers. The spying escalated into outright persecution, with me eventually being certified as a mental patient. This is still ongoing, and an online friend who bore witness to this persecution has gone missing. I know I am victimized, however, because the enemy strikes from the shadow, I have zero idea who they are. I only have a vague sense it could be the XXXX but I have zero proof. I do not know what to do. Can you help? More details upon request.

P.s. I have no proof, but I strongly suspect that I was XXXXXXXXXX, while detained at a hospital. However, because of my status as a certified mental health patient, nobody believes me. And the reason I am certified is because I was XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
