I had a lengthy response, but in the end, decided not to post it.
I will just say that I am an egalitarian and that is what I will remain. I am speaking mostly in regard to marriage (I realize the video is talking about careers mainly). I have no issues with those who choose complementarian if that is how they want to do things.
It really is a choice.
