Can somebody tell me

what the yellow and black is on the leaves and what I can do about it?

This is the rose from this bush. I took this picture today.

Beautiful rose .... ours are not along that far yet .

It seems to me that your roses are getting too much water as the leaves turn yellow when they have too much water and one should always water them at the roots . I used to get those black spots as well and bought some rose dust and put it on from time to time .
