Hello to all Brothers and Sisters in Christ.
I've recently started a blog focused at Christian Fitness and Diet. It's totally free and I'll be updating every Tuesday and Saturday (I may be a little late depending on work commitments)
My aim is to promote good physical health to compliment your spiritual health. To do this I'll be balancing Faith based articles and all out health articles as well as sometimes mixing the two.
Just so you know, I'm a former state and national level martial artist (Australia) and am currently studying towards my personal trainers certification. I also work as a freelance fitness and health writer with over 200 published articles in print and online.
