COMPELLING "NARRATIVE"

It is a tool of propagada to make a suggestion of something not realized.

In other words.......Was it really Hammas, a terrorist orgainzation who did this or was it done by Israel to use as a excuse to do what they are doing.
If that kind of conspiracy thinking is at the heart of the thread question, we have truly entered the Twilight Zone. Somebody call Rod Serling!

A

As I said before, how do we know the Truth? Only God know the Real Trugh. We are fed so much propaganda. My point is, why most of the world turning a blind eye to the suffering ... oh! okay I get it, they deserved it :
You said..........
"Okay I get it, they deserve it".

That is not what I am saying. NO ONE deserves to be murdered! NO ONE!

What the people in Gaza are getting is what they ASKED FOR! They voted and allowed a Muslim terrorist organization hell bent to kill ALL JEWS to run their country.

When you do that, and that group kills 1200 innocent children and people, they are in essence saying........we like what happened and we are ready to get back what we gave out.

WAR is like elections in that both have repercussions. You dont vote...dont complain. You dont like death, dont start a WAR!

I personally think that many miss the point of the Gaza/Israel Conflict ... innocent civilians and children are starving and dying, as the World watches on or buries their heads in the sand (mho) The reason for my posting this topic, is NOT to cause disharmony or challenge anyone's belief, rather my intension is to draw attention to an ongoing conflict that has escalated beyond an acceptable level (to say the least) ... it is INHUMANE!

Do we really know the Truth, as this situation seems to be so politican with a lot of propaganda. Are the children and innocent people who are SUFFERING, STARVING and DYING not the REAL ISSUE?

Good morning, Yesua888;

I am hearing what everyone is posting, and I understand the reason you authored this thread.

The history of Israel goes back many centuries. I was reminded of the 1972 Olympics when the Palestinians took Israeli athletes hostage and killed 11 of them. I was only 15 that year and
I just couldn't understand this happening at a game.

Israel's history has always been very complicated long before 1948, even during times of diplomacy and peace. The historical roots are deep.

So the commentaries, discussions, debates blaming both sides, escalating to street protesting and violence has angered me. Most of what I hear from the people lack the depth of understanding the history of Israel.

So while division has led to extreme polarization, especially in our country;
most civilians and children living in conflict don't understand nor care who's winning the war or which political party is right. What matters to them is their children are starving and dying.

2025 has caught up with me regarding Israel and Ukraine. In the last month I began to minimize my news sources to only two each evening, but now have turned off all news media, news videos and social media.

I didn't realize how easy it is to turn off the computer and TV.

My wife and I feel it's important to be informed on the world conditions so we know how to pray for and against the conditions as well as pray how we can be of service, ourselves.

We are now very particular where we get our news sources and fortunately there is a way. For example, we are members of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews for
Israel, as well as connecting with the community living within and outside of Ukraine. They provide newsletters and Q&A as a member and contributing donor.

As servants for Christ, we can offer what is rooted in our LOVE, faith, hope, encouragement, service and giving within our capacity. God always makes a Way in using us.

God bless
everyone.

Bob

I am sure that you are a well meaning Christian! However, your "bias" for the Hamas Palestinians is obvious!

I do not ever tell anyone anything but dont you think that a little more leverage is need in your thinking????

The Hamas terrorists did not walk through the fence. That comment right there is what is called "propaganda"!
By your suggestion of "walk through the fence", you are implying that there was some kind of coercion or agreement with Israel to allow the action of War that tool place.

However, real news footage from the BBC News Network taken by militants and civilians on the ground to piece together how Hamas
co-ordinated their most sophisticated attack ever from Gaza.

Hamas itself says it fired 5,000 in the first round rockets into Israel. Hamas fighters bypassed the barrier completely, by flying over it on paragliders and by boat. Hamas terrorists used motorbikes, each carrying two militants armed with rifles, passing through a hole which had been cut in the wire fence section of the barrier. At a less guarded section, a bulldozer was seen demolishing a stretch of barbed wire-topped fencing.

Israel says 100 people - soldiers and civilians - have been abducted.

Actual film Footage taken in the town of Be'ri and verified by the BBC shows around four civilians being forcibly led away by militants.

Several actual videos have circulated online of Israelis, some of them heavily injured, being paraded through Gaza's crowded streets.

Other verified atrocities by the BBC Network and videos by Hamas terrorists themselves, too graphic to publish were captured on camera, including a motorist being dragged from his car and having his throat slashed, and the bodies of dead civilians and soldiers being defiled.

All of that does not support a walk through the fence but a coordinated act of WAR!

Now.....when you poke a sleeping bear, you better be prepared for what comes next and dont complain when it comes!
With all due respect, I could say the same about "bias"

Have you listened to any of the Israli Soldiers who spoke out? How did "Hamas" enter Israel in the first place? Why were soldiers told not to attend the night before the "attack" ... there is a lot out there. There are always more narratives, propaganda, deceit, and on and on ... only God Our Father knows the Truth. We are all giving our points of view, and who is right. I'm actually not up for debate or want to be right. I am just pointing out that there is a lot of trickery out there, and that on M S M we hear only narrative ...

With all due respect, I could say the same about "bias"
"Bias" is a personal and unreasoned judgment for an action.

With all due respect to you, and I do not know you except for reading your posts, you have shown a complete bias for the Palestinian people.

You as have many others completely ignored the FACT that the Muslim Terrorists organization in Gaza, which was elected by the Palestinian people IN Gaza fired THOUSANDS of rockets into Israel over several months and then invaded and killed 1200 women and children and men for NO reason other than their hatred for Jews.

Your only defense so far is to "question"...............
"the Israli Soldiers who spoke out? How did "Hamas" enter Israel in the first place? Why were soldiers told not to attend the night before the "attack" ... there is a lot out there."

THAT defensive action is called DEFLECTION. What an Israel soldier said, or HOW Hamas entered or whether or not anyone was told not to attend anything has nothing to do with fact that 1200 innocent people were murdered!

That right there my dear friend is the perfect picture of PROPAGANDA!

That means YOU are trying to change the justification of the choices made by the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Unfortunately, the people in Gaza paid the price for their bad choices just as did the people in Germany in WW2.

At this point.... and in honour of the FACT that all 20 living hostages have been released.... as well as bus loads of
Palestinians.... I am asking that we take the DAY ( at least ) to simply REFLECT on things.
This is not a STAFF request... it is simply a request

If Hamas isn't playing games about the hostage release, we can be assured that Hamas is getting back 10 Hamas POWs for each released hostage. Hamas is desperate and needs the reinforcements that the released POWs will bring. That eill enable Hamas to continue fighting the war. I wonder how many of the released hostages will be nothing but corpses.

This probably wasn't one of my SMARTER comments.... so.... FORGIVE me.

One thing we should learn from history is that the Muslims can not be trusted!

We should also understand that those same Muslims are the ones who the Nazis in WW2.

In 1941, an Arab Muslim named Al-Husseini met with Adolf Hitler and declared that the Germans and the Arabs had the same enemies: “the English, the Jews, and the Communists.” He proposed an Arab revolt all across the Middle East to fight the Jews".

At every stage of the Nazi, Vichy and Fascist persecution of Jews in Arab lands, and in every place that it occurred, Arabs played a supporting role. At times, Arabs were essential to the process. At other times, the Arab role was passive yet still critical. And there were those occasions when certain Arabs did more than just collaborate -- they made an already trying situation intolerable.

Nothing has changed and nothing will not change as the hated for Jews is blood hate. An end to a war, Yes that is possible but a lasting peace will not happen until Jesus comes again!
