The phone rings and all that you hear is heavy breathing. You can't tell whether it's a man, woman, or child; so, naturally you hang up. The phone rings again and the same antics unfold, but this time you say, "listen here, whoever this is: stop crank calling me!" This is when they start whispering strange things into your ears. Are there crank calls in the Bible? Are there times when people in the scriptures were speaking to another person, but really didn't know whom they were talking too? When Jesus was teaching in the synagogue a man began to manifest bizarre behavior. He started to speak but it wasn't him, it was something inside of him. A Demon! A crank call doesn't necessitate the distance between two people, and a cell-phone. What is a crank call? Isn't when someone feels safe enough to engage others by masquerading as someone else, because they believe that these people won't be able to identify them? Jesus didn't allow crank calls; he exposed the demons and even told some of them so shut their mouths. These demons are having a party in these last days, and they're walking around talking about "Can You Hear Me Now?"
