Do you think "free giving" is good for Christians?
You have probably heard of "click to give" type sites. www.thehungersite.com is a famous one. Non Christians organizations have been using this method for the past decade to raise hundreds of thousands or dollars (millions in some cases) to support their causes. Do you think this sort of thing would be good for Christians? The basic idea of a click to give site is that you click to view some ads on a site and the revenue raises supports a good cause. www.gospelforth.com is a new Christian site that does this. There has been some discussion (see Mark Roberts blog the past two days - www.markdroberts.com) about whether this is a good thing. My question is this: If the secular world can make this work...shouldn't Christians be able to so much more? We have a united goals and passion. We should be using business creatively to raise money for the Kingdom. Your thoughts?
