I wouldn't recomend hitting someone with a pacemaker with a taser. While there are around 70 deaths linked to the use of tasers most may have died form other causes already in play or there were contributing factors. It is still safer than alot of over the counter drugs and when used properly can save the life of an otherwise dangerous or eratic person.
