Everlasting Love.

Hello Marilyn;

I never heard of Stuart Townend. This is my first time listening to him and Everlasting Love.

I enjoyed the nice blend of piano and guitar. Stuart sounds like a second tenor and I liked the harmony that accompanied his vocals.

God bless you, Marilyn, and thank you for sharing.

Bob

Oh so glad that you can now hear some of Stuart`s great songs. I`ll post more. However, you can find them on utube. he is from Britain so perhaps you haven`t heard much from there.

The group have different instruments but do not drown out the singing which can happen in a lot of groups especially with the drums.

What is a second tenor?

A second tenor is the range of a male singer. A first tenor is the highest (example - the Bee Gees) followed by second tenor (example John Lennon or Elton John.) After that comes the lower voices - baritone and bass.
Thanks, bob, thought something like that. makes for interesting listening the wide range of voices. In the Gaither music there is a man who has a very low register.
