Deficiency of vitamins and minerals create a many eye problem. so always eat healthy balanced diet that include with healthy vitamins and minerals. fruits and vegetable diet is good source of vitamins. so you can eat green vegetables and fresh fruits to get healthy eyes. that diet help to increase eye vision problem if anybody facing low eye vision problem.
Exercise play a good role to protect our eyes from many eye problem.so do some exercise daily at least 30 or 45 mints. Avoid processed foods because that foods causes of many eyes problem.
