SUMMARY

Mankind down through the ages has desired to rule the world. This has happened four times in history – Babylon / Medes & Persians /Greece/Rome, and these world empires were in the Middle East & Mediterranean areas where the general population lived at that time.

The Middle East will also be the area of the Final Gentile World Ruler - Islam.

God has told us of these World Rulers and that each would be judged -

`God has numbered your kingdom and finished it.....You have been weighed in the balances, and found wanting....` (Dan. 5: 26 & 27)

God has determined the nation`s pre-appointed times and boundaries.

`And He (God) has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their pre-appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation.` (Acts 26: 17)
 
SUMMARY

Man`s Government

Man rules through his laws and controls others through manipulation of money - usury. This brings credit and then inflation. It is self seeking, greed and envy.

`If you have bitter envy and self seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.`(James 3: 15)

God`s Government

God`s rule through Jesus is righteous and just. He is worthy to rule and reign, and His character is - faithful, trustworthy, compassionate, holy, sacrificial, and truthful.

`Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom, and strength and honour and glory and blessing.` (Rev. 5: 12)
