God richly blesses us when he brings us to him.

I totally agree with you! What just came to mind is:
"Therefore, I accept weakness, mistreatment, hardship, persecution, and difficulties suffered for Christ. It's clear that when I'm weak, I'm strong."

Yes! One of many, many characteristics of God is that He is attentive to our needs...be it spiritual or otherwise.
