Help: You are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you have made 15 posts
I have a message typed up in microsoft word, and have attempted to cut & paste it several times but keep receiving the following message: You are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you have made 15 posts or more.
To my knowledge I am not attempting to post any URL. Any help would be appreciated.
