One of my wife's favorite praise songs is All The Trees of the Fields Shall Clap Their Hands by Sufjan Stevens.
Right now she's singing it and driving me crazy because she won't stop!

Thanks for sharing that verse and picture. When I hear those words I have a picture in my mind of thr trees clapping in worship to The Lord. It is so joyous.

I do love that verse. The more I read it the more I love it!
And yet, I don’t think I have ever come across that verse before. I haven’t read Isaiah all the way through so that’s probably why.
And i like it because it speaks of the many problems that we face. Those we don’t see that are hidden. Hills ( or bumps along the road) as wel as huge obstacles, ( mountains)
The verse has made me realise that I’m not just climbing one huge mountain, (even though right now I’m nearly at the top of one), but that there will be more of them mountains in the future.
But since I’ve climbed one, I can look back knowing He helped me climb it whilst climbing another and remember the victory which is His!
