Good morning, christs-love;
Absolutely! Many times I have confessed to God, "I am unworthy and undeserving of You. I am nothing with or without You" from my lips and heart to Him, I am the smallest thing He ever created.
I have served in the Pastoral ministry for 30 years but aside from that I'm still just a man who gets mud on my shirt.
I have confidence in God's confidence in me which trumps my own and have all the faith this comes from the Almighty.
Then there are times when my self esteem and insecurities hit me out of nowhere and have learned, the hard way, this does not come from God but that punk the devil.
I am not qualified to say "the way God sees you, christs-love," but I can relate. Why does this happen? I don't know but God knows and understands me better than I know myself.
This has taken me years, and at 68 years old, I'm still a work in progress. Every morning I have to get prayed up, giving all the glory and praise to God. In the mix of my prayers I confess I need Him to sift out the principalities of darkness from the salt and light.
Regardless, God can take the smallest thing He created and do great things for His glory.
This is my personal testimony. Thank you for allowing me to share, christs-love.
