Good Day, Friends; Trust is something that we develop as we become older and wiser. When we have troubles in our lives, who should we trust to assist us? Do we trust man? Jeremiah 17:5-6 (NLT) tells us, "5 This is what the Lord says: “Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans, who rely on human strength and turn their hearts away from the Lord. 6 They are like stunted shrubs in the desert, with no hope for the future. They will live in the barren wilderness, in an uninhabited salty land." No, our trust should be in God, our Lord, as we are told in Psalm 33:20-21(NLT), "20 We put our hope in the Lord. He is our help and our shield. 21 In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name." Trust in God, ask Him for help and thank Him in prayer for all that he does for us. May God bless.
