Hello friends! The past many months have brought turmoil of almost every type into our lives, singularly and collectively. Even in times of fear and division, we should remember that we are one voice with God.

Romans 15:1-3 (NIV) tells us: (1) We who are strong out to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves. (2) Each of us should please his neighbor for good, to build him up. (3) For even Christ did not please himself but as it is written: “The insults of those who have insulted you have fallen on me.”

We are as one in Christ’s eyes, even when we are troubled, we know that we can lean on the Lord, and our neighbors, Christian and non-Christian alike, know that they can lean on us. Even in the smallest of things, YOUR strength is the strength of the Lord and through Christ, the decisions YOU make inspire those around you. Regardless of the perils facing us, we are strong through Christ, and are His ambassadors to the world.

Inspiration provided this week by Deacon Thomas,

Southern Alabama volunteer representative for my ministry.
