Good Day, Friends; As we know, King David was responsible for writing a majority of the Psalms (Songs) in the Old Testament. His wisdom and his understanding of God's ways was very inspiring, both in his own time as well as today in ours. In Psalm 62:1-2 (NLT) He writes, "I wait quietly before God, for my victory comes from him. 2 He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress where I will never be shaken." The victory spoken of in verse 1 is the victory over evil and the victory of eternal life that we will be given as we do our best to live our lives as He would want us to.
