In order for the word of the prophets to come true there has to be a foundation that it can be built on. There then have to be walls, one stone on the other. What is happening in Israel is simply the construction of the building for the final prophecies to unfold.
Daniel 7 tells us that there were
Dan 7:3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another……
After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. Dan 7:8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
Dan 8:8 Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven.
Dan 8:9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land.
This final beast is rising out of the dust of the former beasts. Many teach that it is the EU but these scriptures point toward a beast that replaces the beasts that come before it. They all came in the Middle East. This new beast should also come in the Middle East. Today the only people that occupy this area are Muslim. If it is Islam that is the beast then in order for them to become the beast there has to be motivation.
Prophecy tells us that they will declare Jihad near the end of this age. It is written in Rev 13. The second beast who lends all of it’s power to the beast with 10 horns calls for Jihad.
Rev 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Rev 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
This is Jihad. It has been taught for years that the mark of the beast is 666. However, recently a few Arab speaking Muslims have come to Christ and they reveal that the word translated 666 was originally an Arabic word that means Allah is Lord. It was written in Arabic because there is no way to write Allah in Greek or Hebrew. And so it was written in Arabic. It is unknown to me why the KJV and others translated it 666. However, it now makes perfect sense.
In Luke 21:20 we are told that Jerusalem will be surrounded by armies just prior to Jesus return. Jews are warned to flee to the mountains because there will be great tribulation for them in those days. Matthew 24:15 tells us that at this time an abomination of desolation will be set up where it shouldn’t be. He says Daniel tells of this event. When we go to Daniel to see what it says we find in Daniel 9:27 that a prince of the people who destroyed the city and the sanctuary would make a 7 year covenant. In Daniel 9:27 we see that there was to be an abomination that causes desolation set up in the midst of the 7. It should be noted that this was to be set up in the midst of the 7 and not the middle of the 7. There is a big difference. Daniel 8:11-14 prove the true meaning because they tell us that there would be 2300 days from the signing to the abomination. When calculated this brings us to mid April 2016.
So in order for this to all transpire there has to be reason or motivation. This motivation lies in the hatred that Islam has toward Israel that you speak of. There is nothing that can or will be done to prevent this. It is written that this will transpire. According to these scriptures we should see an army gathered against Jerusalem that will take them captive into many nations about April 2016.
God gives us prophecy to prove to us that we cannot live without him. He will allow it to continue until the war of Armageddon. Many leaders have tried to stop this, but in time it will come to pass. We can look at the natural and complain and point fingers and think up our solutions but nothing can or will stop these things from unfolding. We need to realize that God is on the throne and simply warn all who will listen and tell them about Jesus.
He has promised to keep us from the hour of temptation that comes upon the world to test them. We must learn obedience to Christ and take heed to the warnings in scripture given to the 7 churches and throughout the new testament.
