It’s Blessed To Be Single Forever!! Hooaaah!!! Mark 12;20-25

Matthew 22:25-30

Now there were with us seven brethren: and the first, when he had married a wife, deceased, and, having no issue, left his wife unto his brother: Likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh. And last of all the woman died also. Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? For they all had her. Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of GOD. For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of GOD in Heaven.

Mark 12;20-25

Now there were seven brethren: and the first took a wife, and dying left no seed. And the second took her, and died, neither left he any seed: and the third likewise. And the seven had her, and left no seed: last of all the woman died also. In the resurrection therefore, when they shall rise, whose wife shall she be of them? For the seven had her to wife. And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of GOD? For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in Heaven.

Luke 20:27-36

Then came to Him certain of the Sadducees, which deny that there is any resurrection; and they asked Him, Saying, Master, Moses wrote unto us, If any man's brother die, having a wife, and he die without children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother. There were therefore seven brethren: and the first took a wife, and died without children. And the second took her to wife, and he died childless. And the third took her; and in like manner the seven also: and they left no children, and died. Last of all the woman died also. Therefore in the resurrection whose wife of them is she? for seven had her to wife.

And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage: But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of GOD, being the children of the resurrection.

I Corinthians 7:6-15

But I speak this by permission, and not of commandment. For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of GOD, one after this manner, and another after that. I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, It is good for them if they abide even as I. But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn. And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband: But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.

But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away. And the woman which hath an husband that believeth not, and if he be pleased to dwell with her, let her not leave him. For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy. But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is Not under bondage in such cases: but GOD hath called us to peace.

I really enjoy being single. I like my relationship with the Lord. That must come first.

I can see how Paul wanted them single. We need a relationship with Him first before we head out bringing others into the world. Its a very difficult world for children to grow up in without God.

Thankyou for the reminder Miz KJV Only 😊

I had a pastor years ago who said he gets singles wishing and hoping to get married; yet on the other hand ✋ would get married couples wishing they were single.

Philippians 4:11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
