Just to clarify, lawyers are trained to win. They are not trained to find the truth. Ideally, the process of arguing one side against the other will reveal the truth, but that's a side effect and not guaranteed.

What we are seeing are lawyers battling each other, each seeking to win. That's all. Truth is not even part of the equation...
