Hello Bob;

I came across a setback this morning. 1 Peter 5:10 gave me a Word, to be still and remain firm. He already knew the setback and will reveal His glory.

Now, am I being tested? Am I not to rely on others but Him, or is He sending me reinforcements to my seemingly small problem compared to His Mighty Works?

Instead, I'll remain still, wait quietly as He has already gone ahead. I've made my choice and I choose God.

God bless you, brother, your family and hope all is well in Arizona. My wife and I plan to see family in Goodyear next month, God willing.

Yes, you could be tested, but the verse says God Himself will restore you. The following verse seems to indicate that you should give Him time. "I wait with hope for you to rescue me, O Lord" Genesis 49:18.
Also, I pray the visit with your brother and family will be a wonderful time of renewal in your relationships.
