Light

When a person is young and the fuel tank is full to overflowing a person meets challenges head on with the intention to overcome. As time moves on and the fuel tank is running low and the inevitable is making itself known a person meets challenges in a spirit of maintenance to minimize losses.
But the Word has prevailed, the author of life, and His declaration is that life is not limited to the fish bowl. If we be caught up in the Word we shall prevail when the silver cord is broken.
God grant us grace that our spirit is not bound by the fish bowl.

Good morning, 2404;

My thought is directed at the believer's life.

When a person is young and the fuel tank is full he/she feel their whole life is in front of them with so much time. They don't even think about it.

As I've gotten older, time becomes less and the fuel tank is low and I do think about it. Today I have a sense of contentment and am happier. Both of these a younger person with a full tank cannot experience. They're not there yet.

Sure, I have moments of
what if's in my life but other challenges would have occurred. To be honest I don't want to go back to a younger life with a full tank.

Isaiah 46:4,
4 Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you. - NIV

God bless you, brother.
Bob
