CFS now includes an extended list of smilies as part of our software improvement. Please check the smilies section in the text editor when you create or reply to posts. Hope you like them.

Jeffin - General members will see a Moderator Post Approval when replying to Staff Announcements in this area. That was set up that way by a previous tech person who is no longer here - but, it is OK as is, so staff can check replies to see if either an open reply or private PM would be appropriate.

I think it was a glitch. Your thread about the smilies was put in the moderator approval queue in the top left above CFS. But now it's gone.
