Named Storm Otto

"Otto" is a subtropical storm north of Hispaniola which the National Hurricane Center for some reason decided to name. This storm is a large collection of thunderstorms with a minor amount of convection. It will not directly affect any major land areas and it's path will take it out into the central Atlantic over the next week or so.

Since this storm is subtropical and is no danger to the US coastal areas, this will be our only "Named Storm Otto" posting.
