I always have one notification that says visitor but it will not erase from the top when I go into visitor and I dicovered when I go into setting it is sitting there back from 11/24/09 .. Can some one please erase it for me ... thanks

I don't know how to do that. But I will make it known to other staff members in case they don't see this
