Poem#117 Judge Me Not

Poem#117 Judge Me Not

Luke 6, James 5

The only reason to fear judgment is if we’re before the white throne

And we’re without the Son of God, Jesus inside our Heart as Savior

Otherwise don’t be afraid, don’t be ashamed in getting help

Narrow is the road we’re to travel on in going the Way of Jesus

Doesn’t take much to knock us off one temptation away of fallen

One lie we’re believing and we’re turning on a road not of God

We need Brothers, Sisters in the Lord to let us know we’re off roading

Take the log out of our pride’s eyes to see the magnifying glass over us

Trying to get the splinter of sin before it grows into death sin becomes

Don’t need to feel judged every time we’re asked what’s up with you

Instead feel the lead of the Holy Spirit in holy confession of being clean

Trust the Brothers with courage enough to say something before it’s late

Learning to build our house with logs coming out of our own eyes

On the firm foundation that’s Always Jesus Christ as with everything

God uses our Bad, the World’s bad for His Good so let go what’s forgiven

Judge Me Not isn’t the right measurement in taking this scripture

Measure twice before cutting scripture of God for what He’s saying

We’re all going to be accounted for all that we say and do

Jesus send someone to help with accountability in judging rightly

I sure don’t want to be traveling the wrong road this whole time

Pull me over help turn me around and get back to doing your Will
