Poem#135 Back To Jesus
John 14
Don’t we think theirs enough condemning out in the world
We’ve stopped learning to disagree & kept on pointing fingers
Boycott this, boycott that instead of sitting down with Sinners
Yes the World within its own little world does it’s woke thing
Sadly so does the Church the people calling themselves Christians
Except Jesus says He’s never knew them because they didn’t hear
We’ve stopped seeking God’s perspective going verse by verse
Abandoning God’s new commandment of Loving God Loving People
Yes we must watch out for those causing strife just to pick a fight
Also must be ready to tell parables like Jesus for they don’t understand
Learn to separate through Truth & Grace those Truly wanting to be found
The same way Jesus separates sheep from goats
Jesus Christ could be returning at anytime, any morning or midnight
Nobody knows when, but getting back to Jesus we must for His Love
We the People called the Church let’s get back to Loving like Jesus
Don’t be Seperating John 3:17 from 3:16 as it leads up to verse 3:18
The importance of believing & not Believing for the already condemned
Jesus came to Save those for whoever so Believes He’s the Son of God
The Truth, the Life & the Way is Jesus & getting back to Loving Jesus
Through Loving People despite disagreements, wokeness above all else
We’re all Sinners the only difference is those getting on the knees
Jesus show us again what it takes to start a conversation at the well
Holy Spirit show us how to ask for a drink at the right time of the day
Don’t let our feelings get in the way of their feelings & forgetting to Love
In the Lord’s Prayer we say forgive our trespass as we forgive theirs
So have we really forgiven those hurting us while lost, while born again
It doesn’t take Faith to forgive, it takes getting back To Jesus & Love
