Poem#15 Forever A Life Changed

Poem#15 Forever A Life Changed

A Poem about Dakota who went home with Jesus 05/13/24

Who could have Imagined the fight of a boy would have

The impact of the lives changed through praying for a life

What cancer meant for bad, God used for good in the world

On earth as it is in Heaven we prayed, the miracles we don’t see

Produced by the little miracles here on earth, celebrated in Heaven

As another Lost Sheep, Lost Coin was found, a Prodigal come home

The lives changed through prayers of the Thousands for a boy

We’ve only begun to know through the Growing of Faith in God

A Child in a coma is the One doing the saving by being the Gospel

Whosoever finds his life will lose it, whoever loses his life for Christ

They will find a life few will wish for because they can’t see beyond

Their only seeing five loaves & two fish & not the impact of a child

So here we’ve been praying for a child that’s been feeding thousands

Through the Bread of Life through Faith in Jesus Christ the impact made

Lives forever changed by a Life that lived Jesus through a bed

Don’t be shaking our heads, keep the Faith given in Accepting Jesus

One day will get to know the Conversation between Dakota & Jesus

As Jesus was telling the impact on the Kingdom as we Prayed

Forever Lives were changed by the Boy God breathed life as prayed

Working miracles on earth as it is in Heaven where theirs no more pain

& the mourning can begin the healing impacted by a Child’s faith here

Hello Walker;

I'm sorry to hear the loss of Dakota in his fight with cancer. You wrote;

"A Poem about Dakota who went home with Jesus 05/13/24"

"What cancer meant for bad, God used for good in the world"

"A Child in a coma is the One doing the saving by being the Gospel"

On May 11th, 2024 we attended a funeral for a 31 year old who lost her battle with cancer earlier in the year. She was the perfect daughter; a good student, high school and college cheerleader, cheerleader for a couple of professional sports teams, won the beauty pageant in her city in 2016, got married to her high school boyfriend and is a born again Christian and volunteer for the needs of the suffering.

God takes His beloved and obedient children early, ahead of their time and the elderly who are in such pain. We don't understand this heartbreaking experience of losing a dear loved one, yet we are encouraged to trust God who knows what He's doing.

We know she was a believer just as we hope Dakota believed in Jesus. God promises all who believe receives His grace and an eternal reunion ahead.

God bless you, Walker, and thank you for sharing.
