Poem#177 Jesus & Cheerfulness
2 Corinthians 9, Matthew 14:13-21, Mark 4
Jesus said if we didn’t understand the parable of the sower
How would we understand the rest of what Jesus was teaching?
Might have taken Paul to help us understand what He Meant
If we look more closely throughout scripture will find Jesus
And the parables, the teachings more clearly and it’s okay
Jesus hung out with those that were slow in understanding
Little did we know when Jesus fed the 5000 He was showing us
What little we can give with a willing cheerful heart in loving Him
He multiples more then just fish and bread
Theirs more to know about Jesus then what we understand
And it’s why we’re to walk with Him in the scriptures written
Through the Holy Spirit He reminds us the roll of the Sower
How many more times can we find the parables like the Sower
Popping up through the Word of God, by the Spirit through Paul
Living Proof the Words on these pages are Jesus Alive manifested
Loving Jesus and being a cheerful giver go hand in hand
With the sowing of His Word in the Hearts planted by Stories
Being told on how Jesus fed us like the 5000 with the Gospel
