Poem#59 Spoken

Poem#59 Spoken

Job 13, Psalm 91, Psalm 139, Psalm 23

Be careful not to put words in God’s mouth He never spoken

Why it’s vital to study His written Word in the help of His Spirit

Who will give the Words God’s wanting to speak in that moment

How many speak words claiming to be God’s that doesn’t match

Hollow interpretations often lead good intentions astray for strife

What comes out of the heart will be bad fruit or fruit of the Spirit

Job’s friends spoke Words not totally from God with a hint of truth

Like a snake’s tongue like Serpent of old that’s been twisting for years

Playing word games in our mind to stir up pride like he did Adam & Eve

Meditating on what God said first will help retain when storms come

When the devil tries sneaking fear into our thoughts, remember Jesus

Though ten thousand should fall , won’t come near as He’s Our Refuge

Job was going through storms of life not understanding how or why

Not knowing the conversation between God & the Devil over Job’s life

If only Job knew God’s first Word was in regards to having His Back

The more we read of what God’s really spoken of us through Jesus

The Word that became Flesh that dwells among us in being Faithful

Even before placing us in the Womb in regards to having our Backs

People will come around seeing the effects we’re going through

Thinking like Pharisees must have been sin that caused our blindness

When in fact it’s humbling on our knees that allows us to See Jesus

Seeking confirmation of God’s first spoken Word will be Peace be still

God doesn’t mind when we ask what He told us again as He knows us

So that we remember to Trust He’s standing between us & the Shadow
