Poem#65 Constantly

Poem#65 Constantly

Matthew 14, Isaiah 44, Hebrews 3 & 4, Matthew 12, Psalm 23 , 27 & 91

Jesus sees the busyness in everyone’s lives circumstances

Are becoming the wind to the storm we’re creating for the flesh

Trying to provide for ourselves, our family, our earthly desires

Walking out into the storms of life is Jesus trying to remind us

No day will give us rest, no joy will be found written on a calendar

Only when we focus on Jesus will we find Rest

When we lose focus & we will by turn our eyes away from Jesus

The flesh will take over while our spirit turns our head for a moment

This is when will begin to sink & fear becomes our trap

Thankfully Jesus sees us despite the little faith we show in Him

Faithfully Jesus pulls us out of our fear & gets us where we belong

Reminding us we’re Sheep wondering off & He’s the Shepherd

When we get focused on the day rather on the Lord of the Sabbath

Storms by the devil will develop in getting us to scatter from the flock

Trying to get us to forget again, Jesus is already our Refuge

The Lord is Our Shepherd we shall not want, the Lord is Our Salvation

Whom shall we fear, we’re constantly forgetting God’s Grace is sufficient

Thankfully the Holy Spirit constantly reminds us Jesus is our Joy, Our Rest

Reminds me of...

Luke 11:34 KJV
The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.

Luke 11:34 NASB95
The eye is the lamp of your body; when your eye is clear, your whole body also is full of light; but when it is bad, your body also is full of darkness.
