Poem#74 We Choose
Revelation 13, Genesis 2 & 3
God didn’t want Mankind eating from the tree of good & evil
Yet we say God shouldn’t have had that tree in the first place
It’s because we don’t understand the Goodness of God
When it comes to the Revelation of Jesus Christ we don’t understand
Because we don’t understand the Goodness, the Love of who God is
From the First Moment of Mankind’s Creation should have known
The Beast more cunning of all in the field caused us to doubt God
Using God’s gift of free will against us giving us the choice to choose
Still since Genesis 3 we’ve been choosing blame instead of responsibility
If only we’d finally accept responsibility in knowing who God is & Believe
God is Love, God is Good, God is Truth, & God is Holy & never will change
Because of who God is, Because God is the Christ He Chose to Love First
Knowing & Believing God on who He is, also means knowing the devil
As the heel of Christ was bruised on his head on the cross as promised
The Victory is ours with Christ, but the battles have just begun
We still have choices to make even after accepting Christ as Savior
Must choice to spend time in the Word to know Him & to know satan
The more we know Words of Jesus the more we know the devil’s twists
Tribulations is going to come, but not by God’s choice, but of our own
God is good Who wishes nobody would perish, but can’t have sin present
So each Person must choose God Good, or the Devil Bad, can’t be both
Not believing God or the devil exists will be a lie we choose to believe
But won’t help anyone’s defense when it comes to judgment to hell
Jesus is the only One who Saves & is the choice to make today
