Poem#82 Change Hearts
Exodus 9, 1st Samuel 10:9
Only God knows what lies in the hearts of men that hardens
Knows what it will take for hardened hearts to grow soft again
Those that draw closer to God will find the Relationship needed
God that formed the Heart to be placed inside our Chest
God will perform Heart Transplants anytime to serve Him
For the Good in showing His People He’s the Lord God
Like with Moses & Aaron God was using as scalpels to open
Using the plagues as instruments on Pharaoh’s heart & Ours
His People’s hearts that needed to Believe He’s who He says
Believing in so many false gods corrupts hearts with lies told
Believing one god to provide rain, another for crops, for livestock
Some even believing cows themselves were gods
Only the One True God knows what it will take to make hearts new
Knows plagues needed to show His People He’s the only Real God
Using the Rod of Moses as a show to Pharaoh throwing up ashes
Disproving the gods of Egypt & displaying the Goodness of the Lord
Letting His People get to Know what a True God does out of His Love
He’s the One & Only God that uses Relationships to Change Hearts
