Poem#88 Goodness of God
Genesis to Revelation
The devil’s doing all he can to turn our focus off the Goodness
Trying to get us to forget everything about the Cross the Gospel
Because the only thing he can win is battles against us
Adam & Eve had everything until the devil talked them out of Eden
Jesus on the Cross gave Us a Second Chance of getting it All back
When we’re focusing on the Goodness of God we can’t lose
Our battles isn’t against flesh & blood, but against principalities
The prince of darkness of this world who speaks of twisted lies
Wolf in sheep’s clothing giving baits of truth to set his trap
It’s so easy in today’s world to get caught up in narratives of satan
Dressed as media fake news, Democrats & false Prophets in pulpits
Hiding behind smoke & mirrors to distract us from the Truth
The Gospel of Jesus Christ does not change & is the Good News
Proclaimed through the Goodness of God which leads to Repentance
So that we may live the Power of the Cross in His everlasting Love
Jesus said we would know we’re His by Our Fruit by the way we Change
We’re either connected to His Goodness or we’re not connected at all
His Branches can’t produce both good & bad fruit
Focus on the Goodness of God to see His Light leading us back Home
Love God has for us can’t be broken it’s Our Hope that can’t be taken
Don’t ever be afraid, Peace Be Still until Christ comes for His Bride
