Poem#97 Ownership

Poem#97 Ownership

Genesis 3, Psalm 139, Jeremiah 1:5, Luke, John, Romans

For too long People have chosen to blame instead of accept

Doesn’t matter who took the first bite, when Adam’s in charge

He was standing right beside when the serpent approached

Don’t have to hide from the shame of it all, certainly not Adam

Learning from the sins of our Fathers to take ownership of mind

We’re all given sound minds to be making our own decisions

Broken humans blaming other broken humans for not fixing them

We’re told to seek confirmation in the Scriptures on what God says

Instead we’re taking satan at his word who twists what we think

Still Parents need to take ownership of decisions over their children

When their sound minds are still developing on what’s right of them

They need to hear how Jesus made them one of a kind, to not change

The Lord knows everyone that He’s made secretly in the womb writting

Everyone of our days have been made as we’re made wonderfully by Him

Not based on how we feel, we’re Created in His Image by His Word

The Church needs to be reminded to be the Light of the Gospel

The way for the Lost to find Hope to be counseled on the Truth

That we’re all Broken in need of Saving through believing in Jesus

Still each one of us has to take Ownership of the decisions we make

The Cross that Jesus died everyone has to come to say Yes or No

We either Believe that we’ve been forgiven of Sin or we don’t Believe

God’s hope is that nobody should perish that all would Believe Jesus

Not everyone that calls on the Lord will be known by the Son of God

None are deserving that none should boast by what Grace did for Us

Learning from the Sins of the Father is taking Ownership & saying Yes

Falling to the foot of the Cross where Jesus’s feet should have been mine

But it couldn’t be mine, had to be His Blood to be New as He written
