The word “prophesy” here doesn’t mean to preach or foretell the future.
Rather, it speaks of a holy boldness for Jesus.”

Hello Bob;

We are all empowered to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Prophecy in this context in Acts 2:17-21 is simply a message from God.

Though many believe prophecy is only about revealing the future, only God knows the future but He can still assign this authoritative message to any man or woman of God.

We should all desire to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

I know ppl do this all the time I just don't know how they refuse parts of God word.

I see 2 timeliness being used ; IN THE BEGINNING; Genisis chp.1; to Rev. 22.God declares this is HIS PLAN FOR HE ALPHA AND OMEGA and he will finish it quickly.

I see 2 covenants ,one in the OT for the Israelites, and one in the NT FOR ALL MANKIND.
