I've noticed the downtime that happened recently. The cause is not known but I am inquiring.

I have noticed latency when trying to access the site. I have done a traceroute to see what's going on and everything appears consistent with no obvious delays. It almost acts like DNS issues as if the domain name is not resolving to the DNS properly or that a load balancer is not configured properly to handle the web traffic.

The company says the issue was due to an upgrade of HyperVM in a particular node.
