How can a young man stay pure?
By reading your Word and following its rules.”
Psalm 119:9

Q. What kind of motor vehicles are in the Bible?
A. Jehovah drove Adam and Eve out of the Garden in a Fury.
David's Triumph was heard throughout the land.
Also, probably a Honda, because the apostles were all in one Accord.

I am a bit confused. On the one hand it says,
"How can a young man stay pure?
By reading your Word and following its rules.”
Psalm 119:9"

But then it goes on to take the Lord's name in vain...

Hello crossnote;

I'm going to take a stab at this one.

First, how does the riddle take the Lord's name in vain? 🤔

Q. What kind of motor vehicles are in the Bible?

When we don't read the Word to help us follow the rules, God will take us out where He has us before we know it.

David's Triumph was heard throughout the land.

Because David was a man after God's own heart, quoted God's Word, that he triumphed and was heard throughout the land.

Also, probably a Honda, because the apostles were all in one Accord.

The Apostles were learning the gospel and walked together in obedience.

Unknown because he didn't want to take credit for these riddles. L😎L!

Pretty good, huh? What do you think?

Bob, I actually learned and spoke those very same riddles years ago.
How is it taking our Lord’s name in vain?
I’ve also learned since then that using God’s name in a flippant or profane way is taking His name in vain.
Let each person’s conscience guide him on that one.

Ah, thank you, brother. I didn't think about that and now that you mentioned it, no wonder it was quoted by unknown.

The Scripture Psalm 119:9 remains solid!
