One day I was discussing, with my beloved, an issue I had trouble letting go off. As usual, we would turn it over and tried looking at this issue from various angles, but to no avail. Out of frustration I said, "I still can't let go of it". She said, "Stop hanging onto it." All of a sudden the issue vanished with complete acceptance.
