During the Civil War when the fighting was fierce a Captain was mortaly wounded. The Chaplin came to him and asked 'Captain you know you are dying are you a Christian? Are you ready to go? 'I use to be' replied the Captain. 'Well' said the Chaplin can you find your way back - He will be right where you left Him, you don't have much time. The Captain paused for a bit and then - 'Now I lay me down to sleep... - and he did.
