everyone has spiritual warfare ..if you dont have it the the devil has you right where he wants you and we have to learn to discern its a war out there much like the vietnam war ..the enemy blended in with everyone one else .


how do you combat your warfare? .. then how would you describe it ?
 
`Casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.` (2 Cor. 10: 5)

`that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love may grow up in all things into Him who is the Head - Christ - ` (Eph. 4: 14 & 15)

All to do with the truth of Christ - His character and His purposes. Over the centuries there have been many errors and false teaching, today`s generation also have to face the last false teaching - kingdom now, ie. we have to transform society, as against God bringing judgment upon man`s world system.

i see this alot many are tossed and fro with out doctrine . a young man at the church i pastor has been attending church with his wife even before marriage ( they lived together ) he really enjoyed church felt good about Church .then problems arise he drops out of sight i tried catch him at home. he ducked out ahead of time.. his wife gma passed away i did the funeral ..i caught up with him at the cemetery tried to explain he had stop running from it ..but hit it head on. granted he is not saved his wife shows good characteristics but i still preach ye must be born again and not every one is as saved as they think ,

it took a tragedy just get them to Church. she became pregnant while living together .. started out good then check up showed something.. first call water on the brain.. the wife and i made a visit .they wasn't going to church.. we tried assure it would be ok for the upcoming appointment. it showed the baby had stopped developing at around 5 months i think.. next step was to predelivery if the child . they recorded a heart beat got foot prints .. it tore them up ..months later they started coming .. we got them married ,, i dont know why the baby stopped developing.. maybe God used this to draw them in.. but you know the devil was having a good time with this..

that is just one example of warfare another young lady i know battels drinking while getting upset her husband watched adult x videos .

both are no good. pray for ashley and doug and c j who is the first person. warfare is tough

Hi forgiven,

That situation is very sad, however we know that through prayer people can choose to repent. Now, that marriage is no more. God`s word says -

`I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.` (Matt. 5: 28)

The woman (Ashley) is just a maid for that man - shopping, cooking, cleaning, company sometimes. She needs to see the situation as it really is. The man is having it both ways and needs a wakeup call to suffer the consequences of his actions. At the moment there are no consequences.

I have helped a friend whose husband was having an affair yet still wanted my friend as wife. really? No way she said and kicked him to the curb, as it were. Painful, as she didn`t realize what was happening. Anyway, now she loves not having to pander to that man and has her own time with the Lord and helping others.

As for Ashely and her (ex) husband, I will certainly pray for them. However, the man needs consequences, (life alone for a while) and Ashely needs support through this time as I`m sure you and your wife are doing.

I`d say CJ is blaming God for his loss. However, in time as he comes through some of the grief he will be looking for real answers and not just the quick blame.

May the Lord continue to uphold you and others there too who are ministering alongside these hurting ones.

Good morning, forgiven;

I'm joining you in prayer for CJ, and also for Ashley and Doug. ***

A Christian is a threat to the devil because as you shared, "if we don't feel we're being attacked by the devil, he has us where he wants us."

Each day I have to ask for the full Armor of God. Ever have those days when everything is going great and then suddenly get hit by a spiritual attack? I have those days. I get wounded by the pain and suffering in a contentious world, reference Zechariah 13:6.

As you stated in Ephesians 6:12 we can be fully prepared against spiritual battles by standing strong against the enemy, meaning the enemy who hate Jesus.

*** A huge part of the Armor of God are the breastplate, shoes and sword when praying for others who are being attacked by the devil but don't know it.

The Good News is, all over Scripture it proclaims the devil has already lost and Jesus is going to WIN, reference Revelation 12:7-12 which is one of the most clearly, stated passages.

i have to disagree its over if there is breath if there is light there is hope.. i dont know the full story she told me she id drink.. so we weigh this out which is the worst sin adult videos or drinking ? if i told you my all my past you would forma lynching party . at this point her drinking is no worse than his adult flicks . i told her stop her drinking and be the sanctified wife. is there Grace for the homosexual /transgender ? you bet there are consequences for our actions . i told the Church if we cant be there for the down and out.. we will close the doors

i woman i graduated with is same sex marriage i made post on Facebook about the life style.. she asked why did i even want her as friend . i told her i dont pick friends on lifestyle.. i dont agree with it but we have to reach the lost i can be friends and not associate i the lifestyle . they know where i stand

there is spiritual warfare in every thing dont believe stand in the pulpit and bring a message .. your thoughts am i reaching them.. o wish they would stay seated during altar call instead going to the bathroom. or did i preach to long.. or i should have said that different .. that is to the preacher.. the everyday Christian.. try praying about something and make a decision.. some are easy some are not..the first warfare recorded was in the garden hath God said and hath God said is still around

Hi forgiven,

I didn`t say there was no hope and there is no hierarchy of sin. However, in the case we are looking at when a man or woman commits adultery, physically or with pornography then the marriage vows are broken. The person needs to realize that they have chosen another over their spouse. This is why the partner probably needs to leave for a while for the other one to see that they have chosen another/s instead of the marriage partner.

I think spiritual warfare, is a case of walking over hot coals.
In your bare feet, or with boots on.
I wake up eat day and have to decide to wear boots. As the boots do not put them selves on.
I know there evil, I see and feel it. Therefore I also know there is God, and Goodness and grace.
We were designed to be Good, our strength is within that.
And evil tries to convert us into something that is not natural for us.

That is how it looks to me.
