Blessings

Do we squirrel away
Some of our blessings
Keep them safely hidden away?
Just incase there’s a famine tomorrow,
No manna today?
Does our faith take wobble
When we worry about tomorrow
Forgetting the needs provided today,
Dare we pass the blessing forward
Worried that the blessings will run out?
Is there a whisper in your conscience telling you
“God helps them that help themselves?”
Have we forgotten the more we give, the more we’re given,
Pressed down, shaken together, overflowing?
Think I need to reread
Philippians 4:19 again


And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.

Yes I was meditating and praying this morning and exactly this kind of questions came up!

We reap what we sow and I was struggling to think in what I actually had to give!☹️

But prayed nevertheless that He will give me something to give and I believed it because it’s a Promise.
