Tenderness

Tenderness shall never become an attribute not desired and not needed. The tender touch of a mother's hand upon the forehead of a sick child has soothed and comforted billions of children over the ages of man. The tender touch of a woman upon the arm of the man she loves shall not pass away as something old fashioned and no longer needed. The tender touch of a father as he wipes away the tears of his little girl when her heart is broken by her first love is a love that shall always find expression as long as hearts can be broken.

We need tenderness that reaches out to comfort and give strength and hope unto others. Men were created by the Lord to be the stronger vessel, and in physical strength this is clearly the design of heaven, but the strength found in a woman's heart is a strength of amazing power. Tenderness still dwells in the heart of a man who walks in the footsteps of Jesus, the man who seeks to be pleasing unto the Lord, and tenderness still dwells in the hearts of women who follow the heart within. The strength found in a woman's heart is not the same strength found in the strong arm of a man, but a woman's heart can teach, guide, comfort, soothe and restore lives in ways that men will never fully understand or be able to emulate. Tenderness has been shown unto me all of my life, and it shall be a need all of my days. Let tenderness be seen, let tenderness be given freely from hearts of love, and let tenderness ever be the way of mankind.
