The 500th anniversary of the Reformation

In your eyes - what is the SINGLE most important change that has happened because of The Reformation?

Mine is:

Translation of The Holy Scripture into local dialects...

The Holy Scripture made available to people where they are as they are had allowed people to learn about God from God..

I marvel at God's gift to us of being able to understand His Word and the scriptures in our own native tongues....
 
The common man was able to learn about freedom and faith, and the blessings which come from them growing together.
It is fascinating to follow how history unfolded in Europe and America in the ensuing centuries. God's Word changed the hearts of mankind and gave us the desire to be close to God.
