The NAME of God?

What is the NAME of God:
1. In the Old Testament?
2. In the New Testament?
3. That many people "have misused"?
4. That the Devil has no way of knowing?

To answer your question, the simplest answer is that God is everything so His name cannot be understood which is why the Name He gave to Moses is "I AM" but the Hebrew word for it means literally "I WAS/I AM/I WILL BE/I EXIST". In the NT the Name is Yeshua meaning Salvation. God has many names and they all express some part of Him. In fact the Name of God is so powerful that when He sent It to fill the temple as a promise to Solomon, the priests couldn't minister! His Name!

Isaiah 9:6b (KJV)
... and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
