Babylon.

`You, O king, are a king of kings. For the God of heaven has given you a kingdom, power, strength, and glory; and wherever the children of men dwell, or the beasts of the field and the birds of the heaven, He has given them into your hand, and has made you ruler over them all ...` (Dan. 2: 37 & 38)

Medes and Persians.

`But after you shall arise another kingdom inferior to your;...` (Dan. 2: 39)

`That very night Belshazzar, the king of the Chaldeans (Babylons) was slain. And Darius the Mede received the kingdom...` (Dan. 5: 30 & 31)

Greece.

`...then another, a third kingdom of bronze, which shall rule over all the earth.` (Dan. 2: 39)

`The ram which you saw, having two horns -they are the kings of media and Persia. And the male goat is the kingdom of Greece...` (Dan. 8: 20 & 21)

`And I saw him confronting the ram,.....no one could deliver the ram from his hand.` (Dan. 8: 7)

Rome.

`And the fourth kingdom shall be as strong as iron...` (Dan. 2: 40)

`And it came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus (Roman Emperor) that all the world should be registered.` (Luke 2: 1)

Final Gentile World Ruler - divided.

`Whereas you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter`s clay and partly of iron, the kingdom shall be divided;...` (Dan. 2: 41)

`And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed,....` (Dan. 2: 44)
